While cleaning my freezer I found a few half eaten packets of various berries so decided to make a delicious mixed berry smoothie.

Preparation: 3 minutes
Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups of berries
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of low sugar white chocolate chips
Method
- Place all ingredients in to a blender and mix until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into cups and enjoy.
